Niko Ludwig
Founder
Niko Ludwig is the Founder and CEO of Collateral Partners, where he leads the firm's vision, strategy, and growth across financial communications, investor materials, research, and brand development. He founded the firm after experiencing the gap as a client himself: while raising his own real estate fund, he could not find a team that understood both capital markets and creative execution, so he built one. What began as a side project has grown into a financial communications firm working with more than 450 firms across the finance sector, from private equity firms to the businesses they acquire. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from Texas Christian University and is based in Dallas, Texas.
Jesse Hamlin is Managing Director at Collateral Partners, where he serves as the lead strategic advisor across client engagements and oversees the firm's global execution team. He joined the firm following six years at Goldman Sachs in London, where he was an Executive Director, operating as a portfolio manager of more than $1 billion in leveraged finance and private credit investments. He began his career at KPMG New Zealand, working with clients including the New Zealand Treasury and ANZ Bank, the country's largest bank. Jesse is a CFA Charterholder and previously held a Chartered Accountant designation with CAANZ.
